Become a Conference Ambassador
ACOEDI 2026 welcomes individuals and organisations who wish to support conference outreach, delegate mobilisation, institutional engagement, exhibitor support, logistics, media, administration and on-site conference support. This form is for people who would like to serve as outreach ambassadors, marketing support agents, volunteers, support personnel or conference assistants before and/or during the conference.
Submission of this form does not automatically confirm appointment. All expressions of interest will be reviewed by the ACOEDI Secretariat, and selected applicants will be contacted with role expectations, conditions, reporting requirements and, where applicable, mobilisation support arrangements.
